Hello Baby Card

I have great news, a lovely woman named Suzzette who has this wonderful country cottage studio has asked me make some cards and notebooks to compliment her beautiful handmade gifts. (Yay for me!!)So I am going to be very busy working on that plus I am still trying to get a set of horse cards together for another project I have in the works. I only have one problem there's just not enough hours in the day at the moment,lol.

Here is the first card for Suzzette. (She has a lot of beautiful baby items in her studio)

Materials Used
  • Create a critter cartridge-moon cut at 3"
  • Stampin' up card stock -bashful blue
  • cuttlebug embossing folders-spots and dots & swiss dots
  • word window punch
  • teeny tiny sentiments
  • Peachy keen stamps pk-493,pk-943
  • gingham ribbon
  • black felt tip pen
  • zig 2way pen
  • double sided tape

Made it myself

Hi everyone, just wondering if you guys have heard about madeitmyself.com?? I have done some research and have discovered that you can sell your handmade items here for a mere 3% of the sale and at the moment it is free( my favorite word,lol) to list your items. I have spent the last couple of nights uploading pics and filling out descriptions for my cards so i hope this goes well. If not hasn't cost me anything,just my time. If anyone is already selling on made it myself i would love to hear how that's going and any tips you might have for me. Thanks. Have a fun day :)

Squirrel Card

Here is a card i made the other day using my new punny-licious stamp set from My Pink Stamper. I just love the quality of these stamps they are really good, and all the cute sayings are just fab!

I Got Mail!!

Yay I got mail!!I'm pretty excited my order from custom crops turned up this morning so i have new toys to play with. I got My Pink Stamper's Punny-licious stamp set, which i can't wait to use. I also got 2 embossing folders, spots and dots and snowflakes.
Since i live in Australia it takes about 2 1/2 weeks for mail to arrive from the USA, so yes it's a bit of a wait when you just want stuff now.You no what i mean.lol. I was very naughty on the weekend, i kind of bought a gypsy from eBay,lol,(Yes i have OCD) so i will definitely be hanging out for that mail!! Hope your having a great day, it's raining here so at least i don't feel guilty about crafting today and not doing other things that i should be :)

Owl birthday card

Here is another card I made today. Being a big owl fan i think this little girl is cute as :)

  • Pink Pirouette and choc chip card stock by stampin' up
  • DCWV The green stack cardstock
  • Create a critter Owl and branch cut at 3"
  • Stampin' up scallop oval and oval punch
  • Stampin' up choc chip ink

Fab Birthday Card

I am still addicted to this cartridge, Just love, love, love it. It's my sister in laws birthday today so I made her a card using her favorite colour red. Hope she likes it. Have a great day and thanks for looking :)

horse cards





Hi everyone,I've been playing with my new stamps "BareBack" from Stampin' up,which is funny coz these are retired and have been for a few years.I make a lot of cards for horsey people and thought that this stamp set would go really well. I cased these cards from splitcoaststampers gallery and added my own touch to them.

Wormy Birthday Wishes Card

Hi everyone, hope your having a good day :) I had to make a birthday card for my uncle, so i just had to use my favorite cartridge again, I'm loving this little worm he's so cute! The create a critter cart goes really well with DCWV "The Green Stack" card stock. I really like the cute designs on it. This card is a 10.5cm (4 1/8")x 15cm(5 7/8") the worm was cut at 2 3/4". Thanks for looking.

National Scrapbook Day Challenge #2"Getting Scrappy"

Challenge:Make a project incorporating your scraps!
Here is my entry for this challenge, I have a whole table full of scraps at the moment, it looks like a bomb went off in my office,lol. I cut the caterpillar out at 3 1/2" and tada at 2" and inked the edges:)

Think Outside the Box. Do something on your scrapbook page, card, or other item that you wouldn't normally do. Add something fun or crazy!!

This was really challenging to say the least!! It took me far to long and gave me a headache.lol. Never mind I used the Sweet treat cups from stampin" up and filled it with glitter and water. The sun was cut out from Hello Kitty greetings cartridge at 31/2" on real size, the stem was from create a critter and it was cut out at 2 1/2".

National Scrapbook Day Challenge #7 "Hey Dad"

Challenge: Make something for a "Dad" or guy in your life. It does not have to be for Father's Day but try to make it masculine. :)

Here is my entry for this challenge over at My Pink Stamper.com

I made this card at 5 1/2" x 4", dog cut out at 2" from create a critter cartridge. Dad cut out at 2" using Plantins Schoolbook Cartridge. I used Stampin" up blue bayou and soft sky card stock for the base of the card and DCVW card stock from The Green Stack as the background and
the sweet Stack to cut out the word DAD. I Inked around the edges and added some ric rac then poped up the D's and the dog with pop dots.

National Scrapbook Day Challenge #12-"Critter-Licious"

Over at My pink Stamper.com it's National Scrapbook day! Yay lots of awesome giveaways! Challenge # 12 is to make a scrapbook page, card or other project using an animal or critter.
Well that's easy with the create a critter cartridge. Just love it! Lady bug was cut at 3.5" and the title was cut at 3", using stampin" up black, pink piroute and red riding hood card stock and the background card stock and "Love" is DCWV the green stack.

I just love this cartridge create a critter, so cute. I will be using it for a while as there are so many awesome things on it. I cut the lamb out at 3" on my cricut expression. The card stock is by Stampin up, basic grey and pink pirouette. The white card stock is called Reindeer and i got it at the Paperific expo. The ribbon is by Victoria Spencer and i got it at Riot. I used my cuttlebug with the swiss dots folder, I just love swiss dots. I cut the For Ewe out with the Plantins schoolbook cartridge.Thanks for stopping by, hope you have a great day :)

Welcome to my blog

Welcome everyone to my blog, well it's taken a while but i have finally figured out what I'm doing. At least i think i do. lol. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. I just wanted to have a place where i can share my love for my craft with others who share the same interests. I'm a made keen card maker and love playing with all my crafting toys, especially my cricut expression and my cuttlebug. I just got a new toy, the Create a critter cartridge, so excited!!
